AlfredCare Terms of Service
Welcome to AlfredCare! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlfredCare platform, including any related applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Overview of Services
AlfredCare is a HIPAA-compliant clinical co-pilot platform that supports licensed healthcare providers by automating clinical documentation, generating CPT code-specific notes, and integrating with billing workflows to streamline reimbursement processes.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare provider or authorized representative to use AlfredCare. You agree to provide accurate and current information during account creation and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You will not:
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law;
- Transmit unauthorized PHI to third parties;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the platform;
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users.
4. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
AlfredCare maintains full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with Covered Entities and process PHI only in accordance with those agreements.
5. Data Ownership and Usage
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Services. By using AlfredCare, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. We may use de-identified and aggregated data for research and development purposes.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. You agree to the billing terms outlined at the point of subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may update pricing with prior notice to you.
7. Service Availability
While we aim to provide continuous access, the Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AlfredCare, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlfredCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana , without regard to conflict of law principles.
